This wonderful former barn is a Grade II Listed Building and was originally a coach house for the fabulous hall which has a fascinating history.
Later, the coach house became part of the farm and was extended many times over the years that followed and sadly, eventually became vacant and and fell in to a perilous state and nearing becoming unsalvageable.
Enter our ambitious client who approached DWA with a view to saving the barn and turning it in to four spectacular houses.
Planning and listed building consent expertly gained, the project was tendered and is now in full swing on site due for completion in the Spring of 2023.
We can’t wait to see this one finished.
