This project, located within the buffer zone of Saltaire, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and on the boundary of the green belt, posed some tricky planning issues.
The development comprises the construction of three high quality 4/5 bedroom dwellings within a substantial rear garden to an existing large historic mansion. The proposals take advantage of the quality of the existing house together with the leafy, verdant nature of the site; which lies within a prestigious suburb of Bradford, West Yorkshire.
Planning consent has recently been granted and Dickinson Waugh have been further appointed to progress this project through to completion.
