On the site of an existing disused Victorian underground reservoir and within the green belt, Dickinson Waugh demonstrated very exceptional circumstances and a high quality of design in order to obtain planning permission for this large new build detached dwelling.
The project was completed by a self build client with guidance from Dickinson Waugh.
